World may not be the same without New York city…the city that never sleep!! Center of everything. It has got a very long history which offer them more powerful. Lot of things to say about this capital of the planet. In my view, the picture of thing that come up in my mind when i am thinking about New York is “different feature of people”. I don’t know how many populations in Big Apple is but it seems to be “Wok of cultures”. People has been moving from home country around the world and has tried to settle here make a lot of change. Not only they just stay but also they live their life by create their tiny communities. When you walk in any area, there are always more than 3 kinds of the restaurants on the same street i.g., thai, chinese, maxican etc., standing not too far from each other. Or when you are in public transportation, you will be able to meet asian, european, south american, african. More than that with asian for example, there are thai, chinese, vietnamese, indian etc. This strongly mark this place as the world’s largest multi-cultural city.

Logically this multi-cultural population brings a lot of conflict potential along. For a wonder there are only little conflicts between the different cultures. This fact demonstrates the huge sincerity of the New Yorkers.

I agree with the point stated above. New Yorkers not only have to face each day their duties at the city and to be running the hole day from home to work; they have to face tourits.
A New Yorker it is, maybe, not the most polite person but we have to understand certain things before like that they are used to delayed trains, and many tourists stopping in the middle of the road for a picture,etc.
People here maybe wont be as polite as in your home town but how many of this ones bring shelter, services and entreteiment in just one place?
At the end, a cosmopolitan city likeNew York bring the opportinity to meet people from different places and countries. New Yorkers have a good idea of how easy or difficult it is to live and do anything with people of all the world.
